Friday night Botanical Garden

I recently landed a short-term (but open-ended) research position at the University of California at San Francisco. UCSF is one of the world's leading biomedical research centers so it's an exciting place (for me) to be. It's also just a few blocks away from the Botanical Garden. I go there after work sometimes, like I did today.

Some pictures:

Great news Chuck! That sounds like a good gig for you, and with one of your hangouts so near, it's all good. Congrats!

Congratulations on your short term, open ended research position close to the botanical garden. That is one blogger covered. Maybe I might be next.

Congradulations on the job!

And I must add that the columbine photo is very nice. I love it when plants glow in the dark.

Thank you, everyone. It is nice to feel wanted. And to get paid.

Hi Chuck,

I've been out of town and off computer for awhile and am catching up on your posts - what good news about the research position at a wonderful place.

It will be fun to see how you can cram in that plant!!

Finding it is going to be hard enough! :)
