Blake Garden

At this point, you must know this garden as well as I do. I've put up countless pictures of it over the years. Yet there are some scenes I cannot resist taking a picture of every single time I see them. Here are some from yesterday.

I love how the different hedges catch the light, and add a little bit of color, on to those shining horizontal lines--Pittosporum in back, Photinia in the middle, and I think those are common bedding azaleas in front.

A most interesting garden and so beautiful. The bark on the tree is spectacular.

Thank you for posting these beautiful photos. I grew up right across the street from the garden and enjoyed it for so many years. Your pictures inspire me to go back up to Kensington and stroll through it again!
