I have no clue what that silvery plant is in the photo above the bird picture... but I LOVE how it reminds me of a whole den of snakes slithering around together.

I like how the dark green and chartreuse mounds, whatever they are, form an almost garden-like border at the edge of the cliff (six photos up from the bird).

Blackswamp_Girl, that's Artemesia pycnocephala, a beautiful California native that does really well in the garden.

I love that shock of fuschia among all the other earthier tones. Looks like yet another cool place to wander.
