Welcome home! It looks great!!! Your tree fern is really shooting up some new growth too! Do you know the name of the little yellow flowers in the 25th picture? They look like what is growing wild in my field. I always wondered what they were called(-:
Have a happy friday!!!

If by the 25th picture, you mean the second of the yellow three, that's Eschscholzia caespitosa, but up where you are it's probably the very similar-looking Eschscholzia lobii. E. caespitosa is from Southern California. I got it at a nursery.

And then if you mean the third of the yellow set, that's Platystemon californicus, Cream Cups; One of my favorite Calif. wildflowers.

Oh Thanks so much! Its the Eschscholzia lobii. E. caespitosa!! They look like little poppies! I just didn't know what its botanical name was so I could look it up(-: Thanks again. They are beautiful here. I need to take a picture of the whole field where they are blooming. I also have some white flowers blooming which look like popcorn to me(-: I will take a picture and maybe you can tell me what they are as well(-:

I just had a chance to catch up on your travels and the photos and videos are just spectacular! But it IS always good to get home, even from Paradise :o)

That is quite a welcome home from your garden. It looks better than ever. Is that fuchsia the same as mine? Will mine bloom this year? I have been feeding it with an organic stinky spray stuff periodically. I love the yellow and red. It needs some orange and purple to be completely hot. :-)

What a fine how-do-you-do! As fun as it is to travel, coming home is one of the best parts, IMO. Kind of a renewed appreciation for the things you see every day.
